When Church Hurts Won't Heal

Hurts, real or imagined, can feel exactly the same: painful, disrespectful, and disheartening. Obviously, some hurts are easier to recover from than others. Some people can recover from some hurts immediately, others in a few days or weeks, and still others, in months or years, with time. No doubt some hurts feel as though they will never heal. The path to healing is in forgiveness, and joy (Proverbs 17:22). If you are broken & held captive by hurt, receive God’s healing anointing (Luke 4:18).

The 12 Essential Things Ministry Workers Want From Their Leaders
Ministry workers have specific needs as they look to develop their gifts and skill for the cause of Christ. The wise servants know their leaders have a responsibility to engage them and support them in a number of different ways. Every ministry worker should take it upon themselves to hold their leader accountable for creating an environment where they can mature and grow.

Creating A Ministry Culture That Thrives

We are suppose to care about the ministry and the members. In fact, we are suppose to put others first. When we strive to put others first, and think of their success and wellbeing before our own, we create an atmosphere were everyone feels valued, supported, and cared for. That’s how ministry is suppose to be.

Stopping Division Before It Starts

Division is a potential problem in every single church in the body of Christ. When people with different ideas, different cultural and racial backgrounds, different church experiences, and different biblical interpretations come together, there is always the potential for division. How is it possible that a group of people who all believe that “In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth...and, who believe that Jesus Christ is the Son of God who died for our sins, can sometimes be so divided?

Becoming A Detailed Oriented Ministy Worker

Imagine this...You’ve invested time, physical, spiritual, and mental energy, and financial resources toward accomplishing a goal, only to find out that the information you based your efforts on was either incomplete or incorrect. It perhaps unfolded that way because someone didn’t check the facts to ensure you were doing the right things, at the right time, in the right place, with the right people, using the right skillset. Being detail oriented lays a foundation for saving time, energy, and resources simply because it reduces confusion, delays, do-overs, and errors. When you are doing ministry work, strive to be detailed and accurate for Christ’s sake.

Breaking The Curse Of That'll Do Ministry

For every disciple who wants to be more and do more for God and the ministry, this booklet will offer a series of “challenges” that will inspire you to be certain you never embrace a mindset of “That’ll Do.” The reality is “that’ll do” just doesn’t do anymore. Your ministry needs better and your ministry deserves better.
