Meet Raymond Watson

Pastor Raymond Watson's passion is helping ministry leaders excel with practical, faith-driven guidance. Exposure and experience have given Pastor Raymond a tremendous opportunity to learn and apply leadership and management principles in the body of Christ in the United States and in other parts of the world. He served four years as Assistant to the President and Chief Operating Officer of the Billy Graham Evangelistic Association (BGEA), and one year as the Associate Director of Program Logistics at BGEA for an international conference in Amsterdam, The Netherlands.

After leaving BGEA, he worked as Business Director for a multi-service center of The Salvation Army. He has also served as Disaster Services Manager for 7 counties for The American Red Cross, and as a full-time Associate Pastor for Leadership Development at an Assemblies of God church in Chicago, Illinois, managing 12 ministries for a church of over 1,000 members. He is also the author of, "Here’s What You Should Be Asking Yourself...", a book with over 250 questions to help you do a comprehensive self-evaluation when you’re looking to take part in life-changing ministry.

Pastor Raymond served as a senior Pastor in Virginia for 15 years and after relocating to Charlotte, NC, he is currently a CTE Educator for the Charlotte Mecklenburg County School System. He also serves at his local church as an Associate Pastor and has served on the National Church Growth and Development Team for the Churches of God in Christ for over 15 years.

He has been married for 45 years to his beautiful wife, Darlene, and together they have two daughters, Danielle Dupree (husband- Tony), and Adrian Clark (husband- Otis). He is also the proud grandfather of Zariyah, Tony, Jr. (TJ) and Maison. His love for God and family is his inspiration.
